Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) in NSW seeks a dedicated Disability Support Practitioner to join our Elanora Heights accommodation and respite service.
This permanent part time role (~20 hours/week) provides person-centred support in a domestic setting to clients with disability, helping them live as independently as possible.
You will assist with daily living, personal care, medication administration, mobility, and community activities while upholding CPA values of Passionate, Respectful,
