About the Role
With an exciting pipeline of new publishing launching this year, our Primary Sales team is expanding!
We're now looking for apassionate, driven and customer‐focused Primary Sales Consultantto help us bring our market‐leading Primary resources to even more schools across Australia.
The role will bebased at our Docklands Head Office, supportingRegional Victoria, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
You'll receive all the training and support required to be successful in the role, including a detailed four‐week induction program, ongoing mentoring and coaching, and the guidance of an experienced and highly supportive team every step of the way!

What You'll Do
As a Primary Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of showcasing our trusted resources and shaping meaningful connections with educators.
You will:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targetsand celebrate your wins
Identify and pursue new growth opportunitieswith both new and existing school customers
Delivercompelling product presentationsthrough virtual school meetings with school leaders and phone consultations
Build strong, lasting relationshipswith key decision-makers in primary schools
Maintain accurate and insightful customer information using ourCRM systems
Contribute to and execute oursales strategy, aligning your territory's priorities with broader business goals
About You
You're someone who thrives on building relationships, loves a valuable challenge,
and brings energy and professionalism to every interaction.
You must have:
Provensales experienceorphone-based sales success
Acustomer-first mindsetand genuine passion for education
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellenttime management and organisational skills
Computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience usingSalesforce CRMor similar
A tertiary qualification (advantageous but not essential)
