We are partnering with a leading global company to seek aHead of Finance, based in Australia.
Responsible for driving financial performance, commercial decision-making and strategic planning across the ANZ business.
Key Responsibilities
Own ANZP&L;, revenue, gross margin and cost performance.
Partner with leadership to drivecommercial decisions and growth.
LeadAOP, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Provide insights and challenge assumptions to improve profitability.
Develop KPIs and enhance financial visibility and reporting.
Lead and develop the team.
OverseeSOX, internal controls and auditrequirements.
Drive Finance process and system improvements.
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field;CPA qualified preferred.
10+ years' Finance experience.
StrongP&L;, FP&A; and commercial business partneringexperience.
Manufacturing, supply chain or distribution experience preferred.
Robust commercial, analytical and strategic mindset.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience withSAP S/4HANA, OneStreamor similar reporting tools.
Strong SOX, internal controls and leadership experience.
