Rockpool Residential Aged Care is seeking a dedicated Personal Carer to provide compassionate, individualised care to residents across a Queensland community.
You will work closely with Registered Nurses, Dining Service Champions and Lifestyle Officers to ensure each resident's day is protected, comfortable and meaningful.
Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, hygiene, meals and social engagement while respecting resident dignity and rights.
