West Wimmera Health Service is seeking a part time Diabetes Educator (16 hours per fortnight) in Nhill to provide education to hospital inpatients, community clients and aged care residents.
The role requires RN/APD/AEP qualifications with Diabetes Educator credentials, or working towards credentialing, and a demonstrated ability to work independently within a team in a rural setting.
