Fantech Group, a leading air movement products manufacturer and supplier, invites a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Dandenong South team.
You will be the focal point for incoming enquiries from branches and distributors, enter and track orders, and liaise with Sales Engineers to resolve data issues.
You will need a background in customer service, preferably in manufacturing, with initiative and robust attention to detail.
