The Role
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and passionate EventCoordinator to join The Trippas White Group Sydney team.
In this role, youwill hit the ground running, coordinating and planning a diverse portfolio ofcorporate, social, and wedding events across our venues.
You Will managethe end-to-end coordination process, ensuring every event is delivered in aprofessional, courteous and seamless manner.
This role is client-facing andrelationship-driven, requiring strong communication skills and a passion fordelivering exceptional experiences.




Be part of aculture dedicated to exceptional client satisfaction and operationalexcellence, with a strong focus on driving revenue through thoughtful upsellingand value-added offers for clients.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum2 years' experience in an Event Coordination or similar hospitality/eventsrole
Strongclient management and relationship-building skills
Anoperational mindset for event planning, supplier coordination, bump-in,event delivery, bump-out and post-event administration
Highattention to detail with excellent organisational and time managementskills
Abilityto manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Passionand solid knowledge of quality food, beverage and service
Confidentand professional communication skills with a warm, proactive approach
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and event management / CRM software
Experiencewith iVvy and Fedelta (or similar systems) highly regarded
