Our Team
Our North Melbourne campus opened in **** and is our largest face-to-face learning community.
Located on the edge of the CBD, it supports a diverse cohort of young people, many of whom are re‐engaging with education after complex personal experiences.

The Role
The Acting Program Director – School Organisation and Quality Assurance is responsible for the efficient daily organisation and quality assurance of the school and enrolments for campuses within the remit of the role.
The incumbent works closely with the Campus Principal, Deputy Principal and Heads of Campus in delivering an efficient and effective operational service across the North Melbourne, North Fitzroy and Sunshine campuses.
You will be employed on afixed-termbasis, commencing30 November **** until 30 November ****, and will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement ****.
Classification for the role is a Category A ESS Level 4 with a Responsibility Allowance, with a salary range of$93,881to $106,935 (depending on education and experience).
Desired Skills and Experience
You will need
Ability to commit to and work within our Operating Principles; Respect, Participation, Safe and Legal and Honesty
Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Teaching, Youth Work or Administration or equivalent education and experience.
Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and provide a National Police Check certificate (issued within the last six months) or Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration
3 years of experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated capacity to respond and lead in the areas noted in the Duties and Responsibilities.




Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
Knowledge of student management system Compass would be an advantage.
Experience using the Victorian Assessment Software System (VASS) would be an advantage
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to build quality working relationships.
Resilient and able to develop resilience in others with a high level of emotional intelligence.
Ability and willingness to travel to school sites as required.
Strong Interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to successfully communicate with a range of people
Experience in supporting young people with disability and/or neurodivergence
The ability to inspire and engage young people with learning activities
Be willing to support young people and our team members to reach their potential
