What you can expect in a day in this role:
We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cook to join our team at Wrest Point.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys preparing simple, tasty meals in a fast-paced environment, no formal qualifications or commercial cookery training required.
You'll be responsible for preparing and serving meals for our team members, ensuring quality, consistency, and a friendly experience during their break times.
What you can expect in a day in this role:
Assisting with preparing and cooking a variety of meals and sandwiches
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas




Assisting with stock rotation and basic food prep
Providing friendly service to internal team members
Working independently and as part of a small team
What you will bring to the role:
Experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment (preferred but not essential)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently and follow food safety procedures
Flexibility to work across various shifts including weekends and public holidays
