We're looking for a Service Administrator to join our Murray Bridge team working alongside our Service Manager to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
About the role
In this role, you'll be the backbone of our service department – coordinating jobs, managing documentation, and ensuring the right information gets to the right people at the right time.
You'll be hands‐on in supporting technicians, liaising with customers, and maintaining accuracy across our systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating service bookings and job scheduling
Processing job cards, time entries, and work orders
Managing warranty claims and service documentation
Providing excellent customer service and support to both internal teams and clients




Assisting the Service Manager with reporting and compliance requirements
About you
You're organised, tech‐savvy, and thrive in a fast‐paced workplace where no two days are the same.
You take ownership of your work, keep across the detail, and communicate clearly with your team and customers alike.
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Confidence working across multiple priorities
Experience in a service or administrative role (agriculture, automotive, or industrial background ideal)
A positive, team‐oriented attitude
