We are currently seeking an experienced
Site Manager
to join a well-established construction company on a
12-month contract
delivering a high-profile mixed-use development in Sydney CBD.
The project:
Co-living accommodation units
Retail / shopfront spaces
Alterations and additions to an existing building
Complex refurbishment and current-build components
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising subcontractors and trades on site
Coordinating daily site activities and sequencing
Managing site logistics and deliveries
Monitoring quality, safety and progress
Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
Coordinating trades across multiple work fronts
Assisting with programme and short-term planning
Conducting site walks, inspections and toolbox meetings
Liaising with the Site Manager, subcontractors, consultants and project team
Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and WHS requirements
About You
We are looking for a




Site Foreman with strong commercial construction experience
, ideally with exposure to
mixed-use, residential, refurbishment or fit-out projects
.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience as a
Site Manager / General Foreman
Strong subcontractor and trade coordination skills
Experience working on projects involving
alterations & additions
Ability to manage multiple trades and competing priorities
Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Relevant construction qualifications and White Card
