We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to deliver a significant operational business initiative.
Working closely with operational leaders, SMEs and senior stakeholders, you will bring structure, accountability and momentum to delivery while supporting the transition into business-as-usual operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, schedules and milestones
Coordinate operational teams, SMEs and stakeholders
Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies
Facilitate workshops, project meetings and working groups
Prepare governance reporting and Steering Committee updates




Support process mapping, documentation and operational change
Drive deliverables and transition outcomes into BAU
Experience Required
Experience delivering operational, business or transformation projects
Solid project planning, governance and reporting capability
Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
Exposure to process improvement and operational change
Experience within customer onboarding, service delivery or multi-site operational environments would be advantageous.
You will be practical, organised and delivery focused, with the ability to drive accountability and maintain momentum across diverse stakeholder groups.
