The role of Maintenance Support Lead is to provide maintenance planning, reliability, and technical support to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of mobile equipment.
Support maintenance teams through planning, analysis, reporting, work management, and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Reliability & Continuous Improvement Support
Lead and Support site-based fleet maintenance specialist and execution teams with technical information.
Review maintenance strategies, BOMs, and standard jobs.
Assist with equipment inspections, audits, and defect management.
Ensure maintenance documentation and master data remain accurate and current.
Support reliability engineering team with equipment performance analysis, availability, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations.
Identify reliability improvement opportunities and continuous improvement projects.
Track and report KPI performance to stakeholders.
Maintenance Planning
Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
Support shutdown and major maintenance activities.
Support long-term planning and lifecycle maintenance requirements
Key Skills & Experience
Experience with CMMS/ERP systems such as SAP, Pronto, or M3.
Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
Understanding of reliability engineering principles and RCA methodologies.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills preferred.
