Working hours are 3 to 4 days per week, including at least one weekend shift.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide a range of administrative services to our customers, contribute to continuously improving processes to satisfy customer needs whilst building and maintaining solid relationships with all client bases.
Full on-the-job training and support is provided.

What you'll do...
DaytodayoperationalmanagementoftheMatrixcampus.
Respondingtoinboundtelephone,emailandfacetofaceenquiries.




Makingoutboundsalesandengagementcalls.
Ownershipofendtoendenrolmentmanagement,fromtriallessons,enrolmenttoretention.
ManagementofcustomerprofilesandenrolmentsontheCRM.
Deliveryofinternalcommunicationsatthecampuslevel.
Providingsupporttostaffandstudentsonsite.
What you'll need...
Minimumtwoyears'experienceincustomerservice,administrationorcallcentre.
Outstandingverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,withaconfident,politeandprofessionalapproach.
Keenattentiontodetailwhendocumentingandenteringinformation.
Abilitytoremaincalmandfocusedduringbusyperiods.
