Adelaide Croatia Raiders in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand / Foreman Carpenter to run a small carpentry crew on architectural builds and renovations.
You will read plans, set out works, manage defects and maintain a high finish, with day-to-day site leadership covering safety, quality and workflow.
You'll be a solid carpenter who leads from the front, keeps standards high, and coordinates trades with direct support from a Director/PM to keep projects moving smoothly.
