THE POSITION
This is a genuineLicensee Manageropportunity for an experienced Property Management leader who wants more than a title.
You will take ownership of a sizeable Property Management division, leading an established team and overseeing a substantial portfolio.
Your focus will include:
Leading, managing and developing the Property Management team
Full licensee oversight and compliance responsibility
Driving performance, accountability and service standards
Managing escalated and complex matters
Overseeing compliance,



legislation and operational risk
Auditing and overseeing outsourced trust accounting
Refining systems, policies and procedures
Working closely with national leadership on operational improvements
Making decisions autonomously and taking ownership of the local business
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You will need:
Triennial Certificate / full Licensee capability
Strong senior Property Management leadership experience
Proven experience managing and developing a sizeable team
Excellent knowledge of compliance and legislation
Confidence handling escalated complaints and difficult situationsStrong people leadership and performance management capability
This role needs someonehigh-energy, commercially minded and decisive.
Someone who gets into the operation, knows what valuable looks like and is comfortable holding people accountable.
This isnot a seat-warming management role.
They need someone experienced enough to assess what is happening, make decisions and get on with it.
