The Opportunity
n
As the Senior Finance Officer, you will take ownership of the accounts payable function, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strong financial controls and stakeholder relationships.
n
This position will suit a proactive and solutions-focused finance professional who enjoys working within a collaborative team environment and takes pride in delivering accurate outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
End-to-end accounts payable processing across a high-volume environment
n
Providing day to day leadership by management of workflows
n
Managing supplier invoices, approvals and payment runs
n
Maintaining supplier accounts and resolving payment-related queries
n
Preparing and completing supplier statement reconciliations
n
Assisting with month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations
n
Preparing weekly and monthly reporting for finance leadership
n
Monitoring outstanding invoices and ensuring timely processing

Supporting internal stakeholders with accounts payable enquiries
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this position, you will be a motivated and detail-oriented accounts professional with proven experience operating within a fast-paced finance environment.
n
You will also demonstrate:
n
n
Previous long term experience in a Senior Accounts Payable Officer, Accounts Payable Officer or Finance Officer position
n
Strong end-to-end accounts payable experience
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
A proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving
n
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
n
Experience improving processes and driving efficiencies within finance functions
n
Previous experience within professional services or a corporate environment will be highly regarded
n
