Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET API / Microservices Developer with strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise-grade APIs and backend services.

The candidate should have experience working with messaging and event-driven technologies such as Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub, RabbitMQ, or similar platforms, along with Apigee API Gateway and API security standards.

Key Skills & Experience

Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, .NET 6+, and REST API development.
n
Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise APIs and microservices.
n
Hands-on experience with event-driven development using Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
n
Solid experience with Apigee API Gateway, API management, API security, and API lifecycle management.

Strong understanding of JSON, REST, OAuth, JWT, and SQL Server.
n
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery practices.
n
Experience troubleshooting and supporting production APIs and enterprise integrations.
n
Good understanding of distributed systems and messaging-based integration patterns.

Must Have:

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance REST APIs and backend services using .NET.
n
Develop scalable and reliable microservices-based applications.
n
Build event-driven integrations and messaging-based solutions using Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.

Integrate APIs with Apigee API Gateway and follow enterprise API management standards.
n
Implement API security using OAuth, JWT, and other appropriate security mechanisms.
