SmartPlay Early Learners Caboolture is seeking an Assistant Director / OSHC Coordinator (2IC) to support the Director in delivering high-quality before/after school and vacation care. You will mentor staff, coordinate programs, and foster a Christ-centred environment where children thrive.

Requirements include a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent, OSHC/leadership experience, robust communication, and WWC (Blue Card).
