Job Description
BPA Early Learning is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to oversee a portfolio of sessional kindergartens and long day care centres across western Melbourne. This is a full time, ongoing, hybrid role reporting to the General Manager, Early Years.

The role focuses on building strong relationships, hands-on people leadership, operational oversight and quality outcomes. A degree in early childhood education and current First Aid/CPR are required, with experience in multi-site management
