Komatsu Australia in Mackay seeks an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop. You will drive safety, productivity, quality workmanship and exceptional customer service while maintaining efficient WIP management. You will manage a high-performing team, coach and develop staff, ensure workshop processes align with 5S standards and leverage ERP systems.
