Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence (essential)

Reliable vehicle (essential)

Demonstrated success in residential real estate sales

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end residential sales process from prospecting through to negotiation and close
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with sellers and buyers, delivering a client-first experience
n
Conduct appraisals, listing presentations, open homes and private inspections
n
Negotiate offers and provide clear guidance to achieve the best outcomes for clients
n
Maintain an organised pipeline and follow-up rhythm, meeting agreed performance targets
n
Work collaboratively with the broader team while operating confidently and autonomously
