Your Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Accounts Receivable Specialist
for a full time position based in
Sydney
. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that accounts are properly billed, and payments are collected on time to improve cash flow and minimize overdue balances.
You will work closely with customers, vendors and various Technogym departments to facilitate financial and accounting processes.
Your Impact
Monitor and manage overdue balances and accounts receivable daily and supportcollection
Support the Sales Team in negotiating payment terms and collections
Reconcile bank statements with accounts receivable records




Verify consistency between bank statements and customer statements
Maintain and update the customer database together with the Customer Service team
Ensure accurate reporting and analysis of overdue accounts
Establish strong relationships with customers and credit partners to optimize collection processes
About You
You are proactive, detail-oriented and passionate about working in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable handling customer relationships, negotiating payment terms and ensuring timely collections.
What you should bring:
Relevant experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role
Strong knowledge of collections, Accounts Reconciliationand Credit Management
Understanding of payment terms, banking and risk assessment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, ideally experience in SAP
