UniSC is seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Relations and Business Partnering, to oversee the Workplace Relations and Business Partnering teams at UniSC Sunshine Coast Campus. You will act as a senior escalation point and provide day‐to‐day leadership on complex employee and industrial relations matters.
This role requires navigating enterprise agreements, employment legislation, misconduct and performance investigations, and sensitive conduct matters.
