This is a pivotal position supporting the Queensland sales team and State Manager in driving new business growth. You'll play a key role in expanding the footprint across the trade and construction sector, building solid customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth in the region.
Key responsibilities
Support the State Manager and wider sales team in executing growth strategies across Queensland
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with builders, contractors, and trade customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of service and repeat business
Promote the range of commercial waterproofing and sealant products, including hybrid sealants and related lines
Provide accurate, timely reporting on sales activity, pipeline, and market feedback




Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, freight coordination, and customer follow-up
Represent the business professionally at customer sites, trade events, and industry functions
