We are seeking an experienced
Network SME
with strong expertise in
Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, SD-WAN, and Cloud Networking
. The role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network environments while serving as the highest technical escalation point for complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
Design and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
Configure and troubleshoot
BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, GRE, and SD-WAN
technologies.
Manage switching technologies including
VLANs, STP, VXLAN-EVPN, and Cisco Nexus platforms
.
Support and optimize enterprise
Wi-Fi/WLAN
environments.
Integrate and manage networking solutions across
AWS and Azure
cloud platforms.
Provide Level-3 support, lead major incident (P1) calls, and perform detailed
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
.




Support
Palo Alto
firewalls and network security solutions.
Participate in solution design, technical assessments, and architecture reviews.
Mentor engineers and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
