IAG is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to be the first point of contact for our customers across CGU products. This permanent, full-time role includes a 9-week training program, with in office training in one of our offices and four days remote work thereafter.
Roles are based in Naarm, Tarndanya or Boorloo, with a rotation roster between 8:00am and 8:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday. You'll handle inbound enquiries, process policy transactions, identify needs, and support sales and retention while
