Reporting to the CFO, you will provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, commercial and project matters for our global operations.
You will draft and negotiate contracts, oversee governance matters, manage external law firms, and implement compliance programs including anti-bribery and anti-corruption, while coordinating training for various business units.
