Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our client in the far Northen suburbs.
This is a day-shift position supporting the ongoing operation of our manufacturing facility.
The role focuses on maintaining plant reliability, supporting secure production, and working collaboratively within a site-based maintenance team.
About the Role
In this role, you will carry out preventative and reactive maintenance to keep plant and equipment operating safely and efficiently.
You will diagnose faults, complete repairs to minimise downtime, and work in accordance with all site safety systems, permits, and procedures.
Clear communication with the Site Manager and wider team is essential, along with maintaining compliance with relevant standards and legislative requirements.
Essential Requirements




Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
Full work rights in Australia
Confined Space ticket
First aid/CPR
High risk license (LF)
Desirable:
Experience within food or animal feed industry
