About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract ,



leading a high-performing delivery team through an exciting period of transformation.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the leadership, delivery, and continuous improvement of a cross-functional engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of customer and business outcomes.
With 12 direct reports, you'll play a critical role in developing talent, fostering a strong team culture, driving agile ways of working, and helping the organisation navigate technology and AI-driven change.
Based in Melbourne, this is an prospect to make a significant impact while working closely with Technology, Product, and business leaders.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead and develop a team of 12 engineers and delivery professionals, creating an inclusive, high-performing, and engaged culture.
Own the delivery of strategic initiatives, balancing business outcomes, technical excellence, and long-term platform health.
Drive agile ways of working, championing continuous improvement, team effectiveness, and delivery best practice.
Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Product, and the broader business to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery expectations.
Lead teams through organisational and technology transformation initiatives, including the adoption and integration of AI-driven ways of working.
