About the Role
NinjaOne is on the hunt for a sharp, driven Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join our fast-growing Enterprise organisation in APAC.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives on big, complex wins: you'll own the technical relationship with some of the region's largest enterprise customers, guiding them from first demo through proof-of-value, onboarding, and beyond.
You'll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to shape deal strategy, run high-stakes proof-of-concepts, and act as the trusted technical voice prospects and partners turn to.
You'll also lend your MSP expertise, extend your reach across Southeast Asia and help NinjaOne scale in one of our fastest-growing markets.
This is a hybrid role: home, Ninja Office, and on-site with customers, plus a genuine opportunity to shape what "great" looks like in enterprise pre-sales across APAC.

What You'll Be Doing
Own the full pre-sales technical cycle for very large enterprise accounts, from discovery and architecture design through demos, proof-of-concept, and implementation
Provide technical expertise and onboarding support to enterprise clients, translating complex IT environments into clear NinjaOne solutions
Run compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations for audiences ranging from IT admins to C-suite executives
Support MSP-focused opportunities and expansion across Australia / New Zealand and Southeast Asia
Act as the liaison between Enterprise AEs and the broader Solutions team, escalating and resolving technical roadblocks
Partner with Enablement teams to deliver technical training and build sales collateral, documentation, and reusable demo assets
Support technical validation for RFPs/RFIs and proposal content for enterprise deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise partners as a trusted technical advisor, working with Account Managers to maintain customer "Pulse" and uncover new opportunities
Advocate for customers on Support needs, keeping them informed and educated on process
Represent NinjaOne at partner events,



trade shows, and industry conferences across APAC
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technology, feeding customer and partner insights back to Product Management
Share resolutions, workarounds, and best practices with sales and partner teams, including new knowledge base content
Technical Requirements
Strong proficiency in Windows systems and enterprise IT infrastructure, plus working knowledge of Linux and/or macOS, iOS and Android
Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals (DNS, VPNs, firewalls, endpoint security)
Hands-on experience with Endpoint Management (RMM), ITSM, or similar endpoint management platforms, ideally with MSP exposure across Southeast Asia
Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and comfort operating within complex, multi-layered IT environments
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms is beneficial
About You
5+ years' experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical consulting, ideally in an enterprise environment
Track record selling into large, complex enterprise organisations with a value-selling approach
Background from IT, data, observability, complex IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity companies (or equivalent past titles) highly valued
Excellent communicator, able to translate technical depth for both technical and executive audiences
Customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills, in person and virtually
Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise by customer impact within defined processes
Self-motivated and comfortable operating independently within global, cross-functional teams
Comfortable with ambiguity,



proactively clarifying needs and expectations
Adaptable lifelong learner who embraces recent technology and change
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across global teams
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field preferred, not required
Willingness to travel for client meetings, partner engagements, and events across APAC
