JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:
Provide assessments and evidence-based interventions to NDIS and community clients
Conduct functional capacity assessments, therapy assessments, and reviews
Deliver occupational therapy services in community, home, and clinic settings
Complete assistive technology and home modification recommendations
Develop therapy plans tailored to individual client goals
Prepare professional reports and documentation
Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and other healthcare professionals
Manage your own flexible caseload with ongoing clinical support available

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA Registration
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Police Check
Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Skilled Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Ideal Candidate
Passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes
Comfortable working independently in community settings
Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience in NDIS, community, disability, aged care, or paediatric services is highly regarded
Looking for flexibility, autonomy, and ongoing support
