THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're looking for an experienced and qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our high-performing team on Tasmania's West Coast.
in this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the electrical works, coordinate daily site activities, mentor and support a team of electricians, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
WHAT WE OFFER:

7/7 dayshift roster with residential or FIFO options from Melbourne, Launceston and Burnie

WHAT YOU'LL REQUIRE:
Current Tasmanian Electrical and Driver's Licence
Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience
Strong planning and scheduling skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Live locally in Tasmania or be willing to relocate
Commitment to a ZERO harm culture
Excellent understanding of electrical standards




Strong fault-finding ability and ability to read and interpret drawings
Self-motivated who is reliable, honest and takes pride in your work
Ability to work both as a member of a team, as well as independently
