Nurse Program / Project Manager
to join our team in a permanent capacity.
This is a unique opportunity to lead innovative patient and clinical support programs within a global healthcare powerhouse, making a lasting impact on patient outcomes and service delivery.
What You'll Be Responsible For
You'll take charge of the strategic and operational management of assigned programs - overseeing documentation, team performance, client relationships, and the development of new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Generate and present financial and status reports to stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
Oversee budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting
Mentor Program Coordinators and foster team development
Support proposal creation and client presentations
Drive continuous improvement across programs
Maintain internal databases and project documentation
Ensure compliance with IQVIA standards and project KPIs
What You Bring to the Role
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
3–5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments




Strong understanding of health services and national clinical systems
Proven ability to manage complex workloads independently
Clinical expertise in relevant disease areas
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
