About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced RTO Administrator to join a growing and supportive organisation based in Northgate.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong Registered Training Organisation (RTO) background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative and compliance support.
Working closely with trainers, students, clients and leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs while maintaining compliance with RTO standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage student enrolments, USI verification and compliance documentation
Coordinate training schedules, course logistics and trainer requirements
Maintain accurate records within LMS and Student Management Systems
Prepare training materials, learner resources and course documentation
Issue certificates and Statements of Attainment in line with regulatory requirements
Support audit preparation and ongoing compliance activities
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when required
Provide professional support to learners, trainers and clients




Assist with diary management and general administration duties
About You
Previous experience working within an RTO workplace is essential
Strong understanding of RTO compliance requirements and the VET sector
Experience using LMS, SMS or similar training management systems
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
