Makita is looking for an energetic on-the-road Sales Representative to manage and grow our territory across QLD North (Rockhampton to Gladstone region and west areas within the region) and surrounding areas.
You'll be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, merchandising Makita's market-leading product range, and identifying new opportunities across your territory.

Job Description
What you will do:
Manage and grow sales across your assigned territory
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across all market segments
Deliver product demonstrations, training and in-store merchandising
Implement promotional activity and support marketing initiativesIdentify current business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts
Achieve sales targets and provide regular market and activity reporting

What We're Looking For:
3–5 years' on-the-road sales experience
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Experience with power tools, accessories or outdoor power equipment (highly regarded)
Self-motivated, organised and results-driven
Comfortable conducting product demos, training and trade events
