Ku-ring-gai Fitness & Aquatic Centre (West Pymble) is a vibrant community recreation centre operated by The Y NSW in partnership with Ku-ring-gai Council.
The centre features a up-to-date gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, group fitness programs, swimming lessons, and family-friendly facilities, serving people of all ages across the local community.
Your Role
Welcome members and visitors with exceptional customer service
Manage memberships, bookings, and program enquiries
Process payments and transactions accurately
Support smooth day-to-day centre operations
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
What We're Looking For

Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic computer and admin skills
Essential Requirements
Working With Children Check
CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Previous customer service experience
