About The Role
n
Reporting to the Facilities team, you'll be responsible for delivering a broad range of preventative and reactive maintenance services across commercial buildings and facilities throughout Canberra.
n
Your Responsibilities Will Include
n
n
General building repairs and maintenance
n
Carpentry, painting, patching and finishing works
n
Minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
n
Basic HVAC and building services maintenance
n
Ceiling tile replacement and door hardware repairs
n
Routine site inspections and fault identification
n
Troubleshooting building maintenance issues
n




Assisting with equipment and furniture relocations
n
Responding to maintenance requests and breakdowns
n
Maintaining safe work practices at all times
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for a practical, motivated professional who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

To Be Successful, You Will Have
n
n
Australian Citizenship
n
A trade qualification or strong trade background
n
Experience in commercial facilities or building maintenance
n
Your own tools
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
n
Security Clearance Requirements
n
Candidates with any of the following will be highly regarded:
n

Current NV1 Security Clearance
n
Current Baseline Security Clearance
n
Expired NV1 or Baseline Clearance (eligible for reactivation)
n
