You'll be part of a collaborative team responsible for designing, developing and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities across a range of business-critical functions. Working in an Agile environment, you'll contribute to the implementation of scalable solutions, integrations and workflow automations that support enterprise-wide transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities
n
Design, build and maintain workflows and process automations
n
Configure and customise ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements
n
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
n
Participate in solution design, testing and deployment activities
n
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and project partners
n
Contribute to platform best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
n

Junior ServiceNow Developers

Foundational ServiceNow development or administration experience
n




Experience with platform configuration and workflows
n
Understanding of JavaScript, scripting or low-code development concepts

Strong learning mindset and desire to build technical capabilities

Mid-Level ServiceNow Developers
n
n
Experience delivering ServiceNow development and customisation projects
n
Knowledge of workflow automation and scoped applications
n
Integration development experience
n
Ability to work independently while contributing to team outcomes

Senior ServiceNow Developers
n
n
Extensive ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments
n
Advanced scripting and platform customisation expertise
n
Strong experience developing scoped applications and complex integrations
n
Ability to provide technical leadership and solution guidance
n

Essential Requirements

Current NV1 Security Clearance
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Ability to work in a hybrid environment
n
Sydney-based candidates preferred, with flexibility for exceptional candidates in Melbourne, Canberra, other locations
