Analyzing, designing, and implementing IT processes
n
Ensuring alignment between Client s global, regional, and local IT processes
n
Identifying and implementing improvements to IT processes
n
Collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to align IT processes
n
Comprehensive documentation of processes and maintaining up-to-date procedure manuals
n
Ensuring compliance with Client and regulatory guidelines, rules and standards, and internal governance policies
n
Supporting audits and risk assessments by providing process documentation and evidence of controls
n
Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on process performance and effectiveness
n

Job Skills & Requirements

Degree: Bachelor s in IT/Computer Science or related
n
Experience: 5+ years in IT process engineering
n
Improvement Methodologies: Lean/Six Sigma (DMAIC)
n
Automation/Scripting:
UiPath, PowerShell, Python
n
Cloud Platforms: Azure and/or AWS
n
Analytical Skills: Root cause analysis & problem solving
n
n
Preferred
n

Financial services domain
n
Agile & Waterfall methodologies
n
BPMN/UML process modelling
n
Certifications: ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma belts, PMP
