is looking for a Freelance Digital Content Producer to work across our beauty + wellness clients approximately
2 days per week
.
This is a hands-on, social-first role spanning
concept → camera → post.
Working alongside the founder, you'll help shape the next month's creative direction across multiple clients, then autonomously bring it to life through bulk shoots, photography, video and post production,
with external editing support available to supplement post production capacity where required.
We're looking for someone who gets what works
now
. Someone with a sharp eye, strong creative instinct and the confidence to take a brief and run with it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Conceptualise and contribute to monthly creative briefs
Bulk shoot photo + video content
across PER client locations
Create and edit approximately
***** pieces of content per month
Produce content for Reels, TikTok, organic social + digital campaigns
Schedule and post approved content
Bring your own ideas, references & creative direction to your shoots!*
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Strong videography + photography skills, ideally across beauty, wellness or lifestyle culture
A great eye for trend direction, composition and visual storytelling
Fast, confident editing using whatever tools you work best with
A genuine understanding of
Reels, TikTok, hooks, pacing, trends and internet culture
Someone naturally across what's current
without needing to be told!!
Quick, organised and




comfortable working autonomously
Understanding of organic social + Meta advertising is a big bonus
Your own reliable laptop, professional camera equipment + car/transport is preferred but not essential!
Experience is great.
But a strong portfolio, good taste, creative instinct & drive matter more.
THE DETAILS:
Freelance · Approx. 2 days per week · Up to $350/day
Rate will reflect experience, skill set and monthly content output.

This is role has genuine room for expansion early. As Briefed. grows, there's a explicit pathway into part time or full time for you, and the rare opportunity to get in early enough to help shape what the role, the department, and eventually the team beneath you become!
Don't self select out because you don't meet every requirement. Brilliant behind the camera but less efficient in post production? Exceptional in post but lack the full kit fit-out? Or have just one standout skill that makes the rest worth figuring out? Tell us where your edge is.
We're far more interested in exceptional where it counts than perfect on paper.
Your two days are jam-packed, well-paid and deliberately
autonomous.
You'll have the trust to make calls, run with ideas and own your work, with support off site when you need it.
Perth based is essential for availability of at least three on location shoot days per month.
