Program Manager Technology Transformation

The Program Manager – Technology Transformation leads delivery of Cornerstone Health's technology transformation initiatives, working across the Technology & Digital function to plan, govern and deliver the change programs that underpin secure, scalable and patient-protected healthcare technology. The role's initial and primary focus is a technology foundation program delivered in partnership with an external technology delivery partner, covering identity, cloud governance and network security uplift. As capacity allows, the role will extend to other initiatives within Cornerstone Health's broader FY27 Technology Roadmap, providing consistent program governance, risk and budget management across current and future technology transformation work.

Key responsibilities

Own program governance and coordinate dependencies across interdependent initiatives

Manage risk, milestone and budget tracking
n
Lead the transition of each initiative into business-as-usual operations
n
Support the Chief Transformation Officer and GM of IT in ensuring transformation initiatives strengthen patient service continuity while minimising disruption to the 16 medical centres and 250+ healthcare professionals Cornerstone Health supports
