As we continue to expand our Queensland sales operation, we are looking for an experienced Liquor Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time capacity, working across both retail and on-premise accounts.
n
About the Role
n
This is a hands-on, in field-based sales role responsible for driving distribution, sales and brand growth across the Queensland market.
n
Based in Brisbane or Gold Coast, you will be on the road managing and developing relationships across:
n
n
Retail: Independent bottle shops, liquor groups and key retail accounts
n
On-Premise: Bars, pubs, restaurants, hotels and hospitality venues
n
n
You will represent a portfolio of liquor brands, opening new accounts, growing existing customers, securing orders and identifying opportunities to increase distribution, ranging and visibility.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n




Manage and grow an assigned Queensland sales territory
n
Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls across retail and on-premise accounts
n
Open new accounts and drive new distribution
n
Generate and close orders across the brand portfolio
n
Build strong relationships with liquor retailers, venue managers, owners and key decision-makers
n
Present new products, promotions and brand opportunities
n
Increase ranging, menu placements and in-venue/in-store visibility
n
Identify recent business opportunities throughout the territory
n
Support activations, tastings, staff education and brand initiatives where required
n
Maintain accurate reporting across visits, sales, distribution and opportunities
n
Provide ongoing market and competitor insights to the wider team
n
Work towards clear sales, distribution and activity KPIs
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven liquor sales experience - mandatory
n
Experience within retail and/or on-premise liquor sales
n
Strong understanding of the Queensland liquor and hospitality market
n
Proven ability to generate sales and win new business
n
Existing industry relationships will be highly regarded
n
Excellent communication,



negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
Confident presenting and selling to retailers and hospitality operators
n
Self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing your own territory
n
Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
n
Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Current RSA
n

Important Application Note

Applicants must have previous liquor sales experience.
n
Experience selling into independent liquor retail and/or on-premise venues is highly desirable.

Candidates must be Brisbane-based and comfortable travelling regularly across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
