This is a highly autonomous role where you'll lead projects from problem definition through to production, partnering directly with customers and owning key architectural decisions. You'll stay hands-on while influencing technical direction across multiple engagements.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI projects
n
Design scalable architectures and make key technical decisions
n
Build production-grade LLM and AI-powered applications
n
Develop agent workflows, tool integrations, and evaluation frameworks
n
Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices
n
Work directly with enterprise stakeholders
n




Solve complex problems using Python and modern AI technologies
n

What We're Looking For

Strong Python software engineering
n
Proven examples of building and deploying GenAI, LLM, RAG or Agentic AI solutions
n
Proven architecture and system design capability
n
Solid production mindset around reliability, testing and scalability
n
Comfortable engaging with customers and senior stakeholders
