ORS Group is expanding our Early Childhood Support (ECS) service at all sites for NDIS participants aged 0-8.
ECS provides therapy and support under the Key Worker model, with one lead practitioner coordinating across disciplines to apply a range of strategies.
As an Early Childhood Support Practitioner you will work with families to set goals using a routines-based approach, deliver family-centred support, and coordinate therapy across disciplines to improve outcomes.
