Drive continuous improvement across training governance and competency systems
n
Ensure legislative, regulatory and company training requirements are effectively maintained
n
Support and optimise training platforms including INX/Quartex Intuition and learning management systems
n
Improve the quality, accuracy and integrity of site training records and compliance processes
n
Partner with leaders and stakeholders across site to strengthen workforce capability and compliance outcomes
n
Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement through effective training governance
n
Report to the Senior Training Advisor
n
Work at Cowal Gold Operations on a 5:2/4:3 residential roster
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Experience in training governance, compliance, learning systems or training coordination
n
Exposure to INX/Quartex Intuition, Moodle or similar learning management systems
n
A sound understanding of compliance frameworks and WHS requirements
n
Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality
n
Experience within mining, resources, heavy industry, governance, compliance,



banking or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded
n
Experience with Articulate Rise or e-learning systems would be advantageous
n
