EVT Limited is seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator for Rydges South Bank in Brisbane.
You will coordinate conferences, dinners, weddings, and private dining bookings, managing bookings from enquiry to cancellation while ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
You will work on-site, liaising with back-of-house teams, delivering seamless events, and supporting post-event follow-up to win repeat business.
A client-focused, proactive approach and robust communication are essential.
