We are looking for a Casual Maintenance Officer at Calvary The Mariner, South West Rocks

About the role
n
The Maintenance Officer will be required to attend to duties that improve the day to day lives of our residents and employees and ensure a safe and clean living and working environment.
n
Key Responsibilities

Attend to duties that improve the day to day lives of our residents and employees and ensure a safe and clean living and working workplace.
n
Various tasks as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor or relevant manager including preventative and reactive maintenance of site and equipment, inspections, liaising with consultants, gardening and landscaping.
n
Ensure a resident centred approach
n

What you bring

Possess previous experience in a relevant trade industry.
n
Commitment to continuous quality improvement
n
Self-motivated and able to work in a team
n
Good communication skills, written and oral
n
Drivers license Class
n
