Wood Motorcycle & Mower is a local dealership and workshop specialising in motorcycles, mowers and small engine equipment, providing sales, servicing, repairs and maintenance to customers across the region. We're looking for a reliable and hands‐on Small Engine & Motorcycle Mechanic to support our workshop operations in Warrnambool.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Service, inspect and repair motorcycles, small engines and related equipment
n
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and engine faults and identify required repairs
n
Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake checks, adjustments and component replacement
n
Dismantle, repair and reassemble engines and mechanical components
n
Test equipment after repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation
n
Use workshop tools, diagnostic equipment and machinery safely and correctly
n
Maintain accurate records of servicing, repairs and parts used
n
Maintain a clean,



organised and protected workshop
n
Identify additional repair or maintenance requirements and communicate these to the Manager
n
Follow workplace health and safety procedures and manufacturer specifications
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Relevant trade qualification in motorcycle or small engine mechanics preferred
n
Previous experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic, Small Engine Mechanic or in a similar mechanical role
n
Sound knowledge of motorcycle and small engine systems
n
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
n
Good mechanical and practical problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
Current driver's licence preferred
