SAYA Skincare is growing, and we're looking for a motivated and proactive
Sales & Retail Assistant
to join our team.
We're looking for someone who is confident with customers, enjoys sales, has excellent energy and is passionate about building strong relationships with both retail and B2B clients.
The role includes:
Full-time coverage and support of our retail store
Following up with B2B clients and sales opportunities
Responding to email enquiries and stockist requests
Following up with existing clients and building strong relationships
Managing Shopify enquiries and providing excellent customer service
Handling returns and exchanges
Supporting retail customer loyalty and follow-up
We're looking for someone who:
Has




previous retail experience — this is a must
Has experience using
Shopify
Has a positive attitude and a genuine interest in sales
Is confident communicating with customers and business clients
Is organised, proactive and detail-oriented
Can work independently while being part of a small, growing team
Has a passion for skincare, beauty or wellness —
a strong plus!
